Hi, I am Varu! I always had a passion for cooking for many years. Its always relaxing and interesting for me to cook my own creative recipes. I dont believe in following a recipe, I just throw down whatever I feel like into the pan. The cooks who inspired me are my Mom and Dad. I dedicate this blog to my mom, dad and my sis who have supported and encouraged me in every path of my life. I also have to dedicate this blog to my loving hubby because he is the one who tastes all my cooking and gives me an encouraging feedback which motivates me to build my passion.
Why did I start this blog?
When I uploaded photos of the dishes that I cooked in Facebook, many of my friends liked it and started asking me for recipes. Hence I took the initiative to start this blog.
This blog concentrates more on healthy recipes. Well the term healthy can be relative, so I am not going to say that all the recipes are healthy in this blog.
Cooking is an art which comes only by practice. It might be surprising that two people might cook the same recipe and it would taste different. But that is practical. Eventhough you might follow the same exact recipe, the taste differs coz there are so many variable factors like the quantity, the cooking time based on the Stove, the quality of the ingredients etc.
