Guacamole

Thinking about a quick dip or a sandwich spread? Avocados does really help you on this. Avocados are so tasty with their rich buttery texture. I always love it when I make no cook recipes. Lets see how to make a yummy guacamole.


Serves : 2
Approximate Total Cost : $3
Approximate Cost per person :$1.50

Ingredients
Large Avocados - 2
Shallots or Red Onion - 3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Cilantro - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
Lemon - 1 (freshly squeezed)
Jalapeno - 1 or 2 (finely chopped)
Salt - to taste

Method
1. Scoop the avocados and mash it with a spoon.
2.  Add the remaining ingredients into the mashed avocado and mix well. Be cautious when adding lemon juice as too much lemon juice might make it tangy. Serve immediately.
Note : To store the guacamole i add the avocado seeds and store in an airtight container.
